The templates, code, and specific design elements remain our intellectual property, though you retain all rights to your personal content and images provided to us.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. Due to the custom digital nature of our products, refunds are only provided under specific circumstances outlined in our service agreements, generally prior to the commencement of design work.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Digital Mandap, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
